Residential Developments

In this section you can see some of the Darby Group's residential developments, which include Latimer & Crick Grain Store in Cattlemarket Road; The Accurate Boot in Hood Street; Edinburgh Mews in Kingsthorpe; The Linen and Thread Warehouse Apartments in Overstone Road; in Northampton, and the award winning Wellington Works in Kettering.

The Darby Group also converted a Victorian Warehouse in Henry Street, Northampton in to eleven luxury apartments, and redeveloped a commercial site in Gray Street, Northampton into a modern block of twelve apartments for rent.
